Eastern Shores is a narrow strip of land located near Marsh Harbor on Great Abaco Island. Prior to Hurricane Dorian this strip of land was a high end residential community for boaters. In August of 2019 Hurricane Dorian passed directly over Eastern Shores with winds of 185mph and completely destroyed everything on the peninsula. To this day, Eastern Shores has not been rebuilt.
