Abaco or The Abaco Islands is the second largest and northernmost island in the Bahamas. It's known to be a boaters paradise due to the myriad of sandy beaches, remote islands and anchorages. At the eastern tip of Abaco's largest town, Marsh Harbor, is the Eastern Shores. I took this picture in January of 2019 just 8 months before this entire area was decimated by Hurricane Dorain in Sept.
